Goodbye, NSB 213
Thank you for the seven years' worth of good times, dear classroom. I'll think of you often.
Heath Ceramics
DM and I toured through the Heath Ceramics factory in Sausalito this afternoon!
Happy Mother's Day!
Happy Mother's Day to the kindest, most beautiful and most loving woman I know. I'm proud to be your daughter. ♥

LC v. The Photocopier
After surprisingly few paper jams, I finished photocopying my final exams this evening. This may not sound like a big deal, but it means that tonight was my last battle against my arch nemesis of these past seven years, a.k.a. the chemistry department photocopier.
Wednesday May 6th, 2015
Today was my very last day of class at Mills College. This semester has really flown by, and while I still have final exams to give and course grades to tally and submit, it's slowly sinking in that today itself marks quite a significant milestone in my life.
Segwaying My Little Heart Out
JM and I Segwayed around Golden Gate Park this afternoon, and it was pretty much everything I'd ever hoped it to be and more. I'd highly recommend tooling around on one of these things if you get a chance - you too can have a ball while looking ridiculous! After our tour we stopped by the deYoung to check out the "Botticelli to Braque: Masterpieces from The National Galleries of Scotland" exhibit, then headed to Ocean Beach for a cloudy stroll along the water before warming up with some cinnamon toast, coffee and retail therapy in the Outer Sunset. A relaxing evening in with these guys made for a solid conclusion to a wonderful day in the city. San Francisco, you may be overpriced, overhyped and overcrowded, but sometimes you're not so bad after all.
